Orange-beet vegetable salad
3 small beets
1 orange
? onions
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
mint
parsley
black pepper
salt
The washed beets wrapped in foil, bake until cooked in the oven at 200 degrees, about half an hour.
Orange peel, cloves to make out, clear from each of the films, put in a salad bowl.
Finely chop the onion and parsley, add to the salad.
Chilled beet peel, cut into thin small slices, add to the salad.
Season with salt and pepper and add to orange-beet vegetable salad with olive oil, stir.
Put orange, beet and vegetable salad in the fridge for 2 hours.
