Meatless salad with beets and oranges

3 small beet

1 orange

? onions

1-2 Art. l. olive oil

greens

ground black pepper

salt

Washed, wrapped beets in foil until ready to bake for half an hour in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Orange peel, disassemble into slices, remove all of the film, cut in half crosswise slices, put in a salad bowl.

Onion cut into thin rings, chopped herbs, mix with orange.

Chilled beets clean, finely chopped, add to the salad.

Before serving meatless salad with beetroot and orange pepper, season with butter, stir in the cold to remove at least 2 hours.
