Salad of orange, red onion
Required Products:
4 pcs. oranges
200 g cod - fillets
2 pcs. red onion
9 Art. l. virgin olive oil
100 g black olives
Oranges cut into slices or segments, removing the membrane.
Cod soaked for 24 hours, changing the water during this time 3 times.
Drain and place in a pan with cold water. Once the water has boiled, remove from heat and leave to cool in the same water.
Divided into pieces. Add oranges. Stir in a glass or ceramic salad bowl.
Onions and cut into thin slices. Put on top of oranges and cod.
Irrigate salad with olive oil and let stand a few minutes.
Garnish with black olives salad.
