Compote krizovany with rose petals
for the filling:
1 l water
1-3 glass sugar
rose petals
Gooseberry to sort, wash and let the water drain out. Before pouring jars of gooseberry hot syrup into each jar put 1 tablespoon of rose petals. Compote pasteurized at a temperature of 90 degrees: a half-liter jars for 15 minutes, liter - 20 minutes, three to 30 minutes.
