Potatoes with milk gravy
3-4 potatoes
1,5 glass milk
30 g cheese
2 tbsp. flour
salt
Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces, boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water, put in a colander.
Baking dish greased with oil, put Obasi potatoes, if desired, sprinkle it with the chopped parsley.
Cook milk sauce made from milk and flour, pour over potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the potatoes with a sauce of milk at a temperature of 180 degrees for half an hour.
