Potatoes with "tzatziki"
250 g sour cream
250 g cottage cheese (20% fat)
potato
3 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
1 Art. l. cumin
1 Art. l. sesame
1 Art. l. sunflower oil

Preparation "tzatziki": connect sour cream and cottage cheese, stir, add cucumber, grated, squeezed into a mixture of garlic, salt and mix thoroughly. Remove "tzatziki" in the fridge for half an hour.
Each tuber potato cut in half lengthwise, slice dipped in sesame seeds and cumin, put on a baking sheet, greased. Drizzle potatoes with sunflower oil.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 225 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Before serving, put the potatoes on "tzatziki".
