Potato with cheese
4 large potatoes
200 g cottage cheese
1 glass yogurt or sour cream

green onions and parsley
Bake unpeeled potatoes in the oven. Then cut each potato lengthwise and choose a spoon the pulp, leaving a fairly thick walls.
Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, or sour cream, salt, pepper, stuffed potatoes, greens and put on for 5 minutes in a hot oven.
