Potato with cottage cheese sauce
200 g low-fat cottage cheese
3-4 Art. l. milk

2-3 potatoes
green onions, dill, parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Mix the cottage cheese, milk, herbs and spices and refrigerate. Boil the potatoes in their skins, or bake and serve with cottage cheese sauce.
