Stuffed potatoes
8 boiled potatoes
100 g ham
150 g sour cream
1 h. l. mustard
herbs, salt, pepper
grated cheese
Hot potato cut in half, remove the middle of a spoon and arrange on a baking sheet. Excavated pulp potatoes mixed with chopped ham, greens, sour cream. mustard salt and pepper. Cheese can also add to the mix, or just sprinkle potatoes. Fill with a mixture of potatoes and bake.
