Potatoes with mustard
100 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
100 g breadcrumbs
6 potato tubers
1 hot red pepper
5 Art. l. mustard
marjoram
salt
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel it and cut in half lengthwise.
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment, cut up.
Combine bread crumbs with butter, add pepper, cut into small pieces (without seeds), mustard, oregano and salt.
Put the mixture on the potatoes and bake it until golden brown at 200 degrees.
Before serving, arrange potatoes pungent herbs.
