Meatless potatoes with mustard
5 medium potatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
5 h. l. mustard
2 h. l. dried oregano
salt
Rinse, peel potatoes, cut into large slices, dipped in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes.
Garlic finely chopped, combine with the remaining ingredients and cook the marinade.
Cool the potatoes, mix with the marinade, leave for 40 minutes to marinate.
Shots baking sheet or baking tins baking paper, put a layer of potatoes with the marinade.
Cook meatless potatoes with mustard at 200 degrees until golden brown.
