Meatless potatoes stuffed with mushrooms
200 g champignons
8 potato tubers
2 onions
dill
salt
Rinse to cut mushrooms, fry them until complete evaporation of the liquid on a dry frying pan, add the chopped onion, a little vegetable oil and salt, fry, let cool.
Peel potatoes, each cut off the top and the middle of a cut, salt.
Stuff the potato mushroom stuffing, put the potatoes in a greased form, bake for 10 minutes or until tender.
