Meatless mushroom roll
500 g potatoes
250 g frozen/canned mushrooms
130 ml vegetable oil
1 glass flour

Wash and clean the potatoes until ready to boil, make a puree, add the flour and pour in vegetable oil (100 ml), pepper, salt and stir.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Roll out the cooked potato dough layer, a layer to put the mushrooms on top and drizzle with vegetable oil, collapse all roll, drizzle with oil.
Bake vegetable mushroom loaf in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes before serving to cool, put on lettuce.
