Pie Mushroom field
400 g wheat flour

200 g kefir
200 g margarine
125 g dry mushrooms
50 g vegetable oil
50 g onions
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. soda
black pepper
salt
Knead the dough from the margarine, flour, buttermilk, salt and soda, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Soak dried mushrooms for 1.5 h in cold water, wash, cut into small pieces, combine with onions, fried in butter, pepper and salt, add a little water from the mushrooms (in which they were immersed), simmer until tender, allow to cool.
Roll out the dough round cake, put on the form, greased, to make the bumpers, put on a layer of dough, the filling, sprinkle all with chopped green onions.
Prepared pie "Mushroom field for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat, then another 10 min at a little higher temperature.
Before serving the cake "Mushroom field" should stand for 10-15 minutes
