Pie with mushrooms in Ukrainian in a microwave oven
For the dough:
320 g flour

250 g kefir
200 g cream margarine
1/2 tsp. soda
salt
For the filling:
150 g dried mushrooms
100 g onions
green onions
black pepper
salt
This Ukrainian recipe tart the yogurt, which can be prepared in just a few minutes in the microwave.
2 hours to soak the mushrooms in warm water.
On a water bath to melt the margarine and mix it with yogurt, add soda, gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough, leave the dough for proofing on 50 minutes
Chop, mix with finely chopped onions, mushrooms, pepper and salt, pour a little water (it should cover the mushrooms completely), at full power microwave ovens cook 5-6 minutes
Roll out the dough, put it in the form of about 20-25 cm at the edges to make the edges.
Lay out the dough evenly with mushroom stuffing, sprinkle all the top chopped green onions.
At full capacity bake pie with mushrooms in Ukrainian in the microwave for 5-6 minutes, then bring to readiness for another 2-3 minutes on medium power, in the same dishes served.
