Braised microwaved potatoes with mushrooms
7 potato tubers
6 champignons
2 onions
2 carrots
parsley or dill
green onions
pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Cut the mushrooms into strips, just cut the peeled potatoes, finely chop the onion, carrot rub on a coarse grater.
In bowl for microwave oven put the carrots and onions, add 3-5 tbsp vegetable oils, cover, simmer for about 5 minutes at full power.
Add the potatoes and mushrooms, pepper and salt, stir, add water until it reaches the top, but did not cover the potatoes.
Cover and cook in the microwave potato stew with mushrooms at full power for half an hour without stirring.
Before serving, sprinkle with braised microwaved potatoes with mushrooms chopped greens.
