Potatoes with tomatoes and cheese travelling
800 g potatoes
500 g cottage cheese
500 g tomatoes
200 g sour cream
1 onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. grated horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
red pepper
dill and parsley
Cut into slices potatoes with tomatoes, drizzle with oil, fry them on the grill, flipping over several times, within half an hour.
Combine cottage cheese with sour cream, horseradish, sugar and finely chopped onion and pepper, stir, put in a gravy boat.
Served potatoes with tomatoes and cheese travelling: served separately tomatoes and potatoes separately cooked the sauce, place all the herbs.
