Potato-cheese bread
500 g boiled potatoes
500 g cottage cheese
50 g fat
1-2 egg yolk
4 tbsp. wheat flour
cumin seeds
salt
Boiled potatoes RUB, combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, cumin, salt, part of the flour, stir, molded from the mixture obtained pellet.
Breaded cakes in remaining flour, fry on both sides in the fat until Golden brown.
Apply potato-cheese flatbread with tomato sauce, sour cream or melted butter.
