For the basics:

1,5 kg potatoes

100 g mayonnaise

100 g sour cream

2 eggs

? glass flour

For the filling:

200 g white dried mushrooms

2 onions

1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. flour

black pepper

salt

For the sauce:

1,5 glass mushroom broth

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. flour

greens

salt

Prepare the sauce: fry the flour until a yellow tint on the oil, allow to cool, pour gradually mushroom broth, bring everything to a consistency like thick cream, add the chopped parsley and season with salt.

Prepare the filling: to try and wash the mushrooms for 3-4 hours to soak, then until ready to boil, again rinsed, cut in a meat grinder, oil to fry, add the fried onions, flour, pepper and salt and combine with the cooked sauce, stir.

Cook, clean, RUB on a grater, squeeze the potato, put it in a bowl, beat eggs, add salt, stir, molded from the obtained weight of the pellet.

Put the bread, lay on them stuffing, wrap, then roll the cakes in the flour, oil on both sides and fry.

Fried tortillas put in a saucepan, pour the mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, simmer for 20 minutes

Served with mushroom flatbread "Grandma" in the plates, sprinkled with herbs.
