Cottage cheese and oat cakes
50 g cottage cheese
? eggs
1 tbsp. oatmeal
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
RUB through a sieve the cottage cheese, add oatmeal, flour and egg, roll the dough into a sausage, sprinkle it with flour.
Cut the dough into small pieces, molded of them cheesecakes.
Add cottage cheese and oat cakes in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes
