Lithuanian cakes with cottage cheese
Dough: flour 250 g

20 g yeast
125 g milk
1/2 PCs egg
50 g margarine

Filling: cream cheese 250 g
1 PCs eggs (the yolk)
10 g sugar
salt
For filing: butter - 20 g
20 g sugar
5 g cinnamon
Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a little sugar, add flour, eggs, salt and margarine and knead quite a dough. Leave it for 1-1, 5 hours to go, then again to handle and roll out. Glass cut out dough circles, each circle put the filling. Molded cakes in the shape of a Crescent, put in a sieve so that they do not touch one another. Sieve to strengthen over a pan of boiling water and bring the patties until cooked over steam. Before serving, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
