Rolls with bacon
500 g butter

500 g flour
250 ml milk
200 g fat
7 g dry yeast
1 egg
1 yolk
1 medium onions
2 tbsp. crushed crackers
1,5 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of allspice
vegetable oil

Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and sugar, beat the egg, pour warm milk (mixed with oil), knead the dough, cover it and leave.
Cubes chop the onion and bacon, lightly fry in a little butter, turn the heat off, add a little cinnamon, pepper and breadcrumbs and mix.
Worktop oil, roll out the dough in a layer about 1 cm thick, cut out circles.
In the center of each circle put the filling, slightly push, molded buns.
Next, the dough knead again, and cut more circles, repeating until the dough runs out.
Put the scones on a greased baking sheet seam down, leave to proof for 10 minutes, coat with egg yolk.
Prepare muffin with bacon in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes
