Scones with curd cheese and meat
600 g flour

300 ml milk
50 g butter
15 g fresh yeast
1 h. l. sugar

Filling:
300 g beef, ground pork
100 g cottage cheese
1 onions
1 yolk for smearing

Sift flour in a cup, grind with yeast.
Make a depression in the flour, pour in a warm milk and mix with sugar, knead the dough, in the end, add melted cooled butter and salt.
Roll the dough into a ball, place in a container, oiled and leave in a warm, covered, to increase the volume by half.
Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with butter, then add the mince and fry until cooked all, remove from heat.
Add minced onion cheese, pepper, paprika, salt the, mix, allow to cool.
Baking or form oiled dough obmyat, tear off pieces of it, roll on floured surface into powdery cake in the center of each put stuffing, zaschipyvat edges and mold muffin.
Put the buns on a baking sheet, covered, for 15 minutes to leave for proofing.
Whip egg yolk with 1 tablespoon water, coat with bread rolls.
Bake muffins with curd cheese and meat in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes, cool on a lattice.
