500 g flaky unleavened dough

300 g fillet of Turkey thighs

3-4 slice boiled-smoked bacon

1,5 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. flour

1,5-2 tsp. curry powder

Turkey fillet rinsed, coarsely chopped, pepper and salt, RUB curry, fry in a pan with olive oil over high heat until Browning, about 5 minutes, cover the pan, remove from heat, leave to cool.

Onion and bacon finely chopped, on a dry pan fry the bacon, add the onion and fry together for about 7 minutes until tender onions, remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir, then pour in the milk/cream, stir, put back on medium heat, bring to a boil.

Cut cold Turkey smaller, put in the mixture with the bacon, stir, leave for half an hour.

The dough roll out thinly, cut out 20 circles around 8-9 cm in diameter, half put 1 tablespoon of filling.

Lubricate the edge of the remaining circles (without toppings) egg white, put on other mugs with stuffing, sumipntg edge.

Coat puffs with bacon and Turkey yolk, put on a sheet, greased, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes
