Turkey for Thanksgiving
3 kg Turkey - 1 piece (approximately )
salt, pepper - to taste
100-200 g bacon
for the filling:
100 g breadcrumbs
100 g flour

10 g yeast (fresh)
1/2 glass milk
2 PCs egg
1 onion - onion
giblets Turkey (roasted)
lemon peel, salt, ground pepper, to taste
1 parsley - a small bunch
2-3 tbsp. sour cream
For the topping in a small bowl, dissolve in warm milk with the flour, the yeast and leave for a few minutes. Then add the eggs, breadcrumbs. Chopped onion and mix with the mass, season zest, salt and pepper, add chopped parsley, fried giblets Turkey and sour cream.
The carcass of the Turkey, rinse, Pat dry with paper towel, RUB the top and inside with salt and stuff. Sew up the hole and put the Turkey in the pan breast up. Bacon finely chop and place (better pin wooden toothpicks) on top of the carcass. Cover the Turkey with foil and bake in a moderately heated oven until tender (about 2-3 hours). In the process of cooking it is necessary from time to time to pour the carcass resulting juice. For 10-20 minutes before end of roasting poultry, it is necessary to remove from it the foil and bacon. This will give the carcasses pretty fried.
