Shish kebab from Turkey
400 g Turkey fillet
100 g bacon
50 g butter
1 zest grated lemon, curry powder, cinnamon, coriander seeds - teaspoon
2 onion - head
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
6 tbsp. peanuts salted
3 Chile pepper pods
3 tbsp. coconut
100 ml peanut butter
Turkey breast and bacon cut into small pieces. Onions clean, one onion slice, the second RUB on a small grater.
The butter will melt in 100 ml of boiling water, stir, let cool. Add the zest, finely chopped onion, cilantro, soy sauce. Whisk the mixture with a mixer, marinade it for 2 hours the pieces filei fat. Then put them on skewers and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
For the sauce, peanuts and chilli mince. Add grated onion, coconut, cinnamon, curry, honey, peanut butter and stir.
Serve the skewers with the sauce.
