Tomato-onion sauce shish kebab
400 g onions
400 g tomatoes
ground black pepper
bay leaves
basil
Chile
curry
dill
salt
Finely chop the onion, put it in oil until transparent, then add the spices and crushed tomatoes, put everything in 20 minutes.
Serve the tomato-onion sauce shish kebab or any grilled meat.
