Tomato-mint dressing for a shish kebab
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 a handful of parsley leaves
2 a handful of mint leaves
1 Art. l. tomato paste
Salt to taste
Dice tomatoes, season with salt. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the greens.
Tomatoes, mix with tomato paste, add the herbs, stir again. Serve within 20 minutes.
