A light snack on the chips
300 g tomatoes
100 g grated cheese
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

Finely chop the tomatoes, extra juice to drain, chop the greens, on a small grater, grate the cheese and mix.
Add the garlic, passed through the press, and mayonnaise, mix well.
Served a light snack on the chips immediately after cooking, or chips are served next to the stuffing (to a pulp), before serving decorate the snack olives.
