250 ml warm water

56 g carrots

2 Art. l. sugar

1.5 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 h. l. salt

1 h. l. dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine in the container specified in the manual procedure, carrots must grate.

Cook carrot-wheat bread on mode "Basic" (700 g).

After cooking, wrap the bread in a clean towel and so cool.
