1 glass whole wheat flour

? glass applesauce

1/3 glass water

2 Art. l. sugar or honey

2 Art. l. milk powder

1 Art. l. butter

2 h. l. dry yeast

1 h. l. ground ginger

Put the ingredients in a baking bread maker instructions: water, puree, milk, salt, sugar or honey, butter and mix.

Sift flour on the resulting mass, add ginger and yeast, knead the dough.
