Bread with red fish
3 glass wheat flour

1 glass water or milk
50-100 g salted salmon
1.5 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. dry milk (if taken water)
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. fresh or dried dill
1.5 h. l. dry yeast
1 h. l. salt
Cut the fish fillets into small cubes, breaded in flour, finely chopped fresh dill, and sprinkle with flour.
Put everything in the bread maker according to the instructions, put the fish with dill or immediately after the beep, make bread with red fish on a mode of "basic", any crust, 680 g, if necessary, add a little milk.
