Garlic and onion bread

180 ml milk

50 g yeast

2 glass wheat flour

1 glass rye flour

1 egg

1 average onions

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 h. l. sugar

1 h. l. dried dill and parsley

1 h. l. dry garlic

? h. l. salt

Chop the onion into small cubes, fry until golden brown in a frying pan, remove from heat, add dried herbs and garlic, allow to cool.

Send all products in the bread maker, cook onion and garlic bread on the mode "Main", any color is brown.
