Bread with fish and olives
Ingredients:
2 PCs bread
100 g fish fillet cooked
2 PCs tomatoes
1/2 PCs onions
40 g olives, pitted
20 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
Onion cut into thin rings and fry in oil until Golden brown, cool. Add chopped olives and place the prepared weight on the bread.
Lay on top of the tomato slices. Arrange thin slices of fish fillet.
Bake the loaves for 5-6 minutes at 250 �C.
When serving, decorate with greens.
