In our country, a significant amount of crime happens in a state of intoxication - from suicide to murder (half of them committed drunk people). "If the number of committed crimes while intoxicated cut at least 0.5%, we will be able to save hundreds, if not thousands of lives, so I think such serious measures are justified," - said Mitrofanov.
