Cheese-potato rosettes
4 large potato tuber
1 egg
butter

This Christmas side dish to meat made from simple ingredients, and looks just gorgeous, it perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash, adding butter, cheese, beaten egg, red and black pepper, and salt.
Rub the mixture until smooth, put the puree in kornetik (better to use a nozzle "star") and squeeze out on a baking sheet lined with parchment roses.
Bake cheese-potato rosettes at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
Served on Christmas roses as hot as a side dish. Optionally, you can add chopped mushrooms and other ingredients, roses perfectly retain their shape.
