Fruit and nut bread

500 g flour

200 ml milk

150 g hazelnuts

125 g butter

80 g honey

50 g cherries

2 eggs

? bag of yeast

Used for making bread soak dried fruit in pre-distilled spirits.

Prepare the dough in the bread machine, add the nuts and cherries after one batch, remove the dough from the bread machine ready, put in a baking tin, greased.

Baked fruit and nut bread in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees, then removed from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
