60 g Bacon;

4 Garlic - cloves

300 g Tomatoes;

30 g Butter;

0.5 l White wine;

2 Pepper - pod

1 Art. l. Olive oil;

Salt and pepper to taste

Chicken legs cut into 2 pieces, melt the lard, put the garlic, chicken legs, fry for 6-8 min., Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper, pour the wine and allow to boil. Add sliced tomatoes on and simmer for 30 minutes. Peppers cut into slices and fry, add the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
