DSA soup with meat
What you need:
700 g sauerkraut
440 g beef (brisket)
100 g svinokopchenyh bones
1.8 l water
100 g carrots
90 g onions
100 g tomato puree
60 g ghee
20 wheat flour

Parsley root
3-4 cloves of garlic
90 g sour cream

To begin cook meat broth, strain it. The meat is cut into pieces, squeeze the cabbage from the brine and finely chop, add to it half a tomato, oil and heated, stirring occasionally. Then put the bones, pour broth and simmer part of three or four hours, covered, at low boil. Important: cabbage thus should be slightly brown, mushy and sweet taste. Then remove the bone. Passeruem finely chopped carrots and onions, in the end add the remaining half tomato, warming it all for another 5-7 minutes.
Next step: dries flour so that it becomes a bit yellowish, slightly cool and diluted with warm broth. Stewed cabbage, meanwhile decompose in a clay pot, there is: roasted vegetables, breeding flour, chopped parsley, pour broth, cover with lid and put in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes. Then add the spices, meat, garlic and heated an additional 15 minutes. When submitting dressed with sour cream soup and decorate with greenery.
