Pumpkin salad
500 g * pumpkin flesh
2 * red salad onions
1 * a bunch of green salad
2 tbsp. * On . vegetable oil and bread crumbs
1 tsp. * . honey
2 tbsp. * . lemon juice
* Salt
Pumpkin cut into small slices, put on a greased sheet, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake. Onion cut into half rings, lettuce rinse and Pat dry. Put on a dish with lettuce, top - half of the onions and cover with slices of roasted pumpkin. Drizzle salad with dressing and after 10-15min to bring to the table. Filling: mix salt, oil, lemon juice and liquid honey.
