Pumpkin with sour cream
200 g pumpkin
? glass sour cream
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, a bit of fry in butter and pour sour cream, a little salt, stir, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 180-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Before serving pumpkin with sour cream, sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
