Christmas salad with cucumber and chicken hearts

300 g Chicken hearts

200 g Marinated Cucumbers / saline

2-3 boiled eggs

1 boiled carrots

1 head onions

mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

pepper, salt

Heart wash, dry and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until tender.

Slice the cucumbers into thin strips, mix with chopped onions, sliced julienne carrots as well, add chopped straw hearts, grated on a coarse grater eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix.

Lay out a salad with cucumbers and Christmas chicken hearts in a salad bowl, decorate to taste, chill before serving.
