Salad cheese with radish and pickled cucumbers
300 g cheese (150g 2 different varieties)
10-12 redison
3 pickled cucumber
1 fresh cucumber
1 the beam green onions
1/2 beam dill
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. wine/Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sour cream (optional)
2 tsp. mustard
salt
On a coarse grater grate the cheese, chop sticks cucumber and radish, pickled cucumbers cut into cubes, chop the onion and dill.
Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, whisking, pour the cream and butter, stir until smooth.
Connect the prepared ingredients, salt, drizzle with dressing, stir and serve with a salad of cheese, radish and pickles to the table.
