Salad salmon with radish
Required products:
100 g spinach - leaves
50 g tarragon , cilantro or parsley
1 radish - beam
8 herring salted (salted) - slices
50 g the Emmental cheese (Gouda)
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds peeled
1 onions red - head
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. the horseradish sauce is ready
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Finely chopped onions, vinegar, sugar, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper mix, and butter, in a thin stream, pour in the oil.
Spinach and tarragon wash, remove the thick stalks, drain, cut into large strips. Radish slice.
Sunflower seeds fry without adding any oil. Cheese cut into very thin slices.
Spinach, tarragon and radish mix, spread in 4 portions of salad bowl, top with slices of salmon, pour the dressing. On top of the salad, put the slices of cheese, sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
