Meatless salad with radish and cucumber in Japanese
150 g radish
1 bundle of cilantro
1 Fresh big cucumber
2 Art. l. olive / sesame oil
1-2 Art. l. sesame
1 Art. l. soy sauce
1 h. l. rice vinegar
? h. l. wasabi / spicy mustard
Thin plastic sliced cucumber (diagonal), radishes cut into thin circles.
Chop cilantro, add cucumber and radish.
For the filling mix the vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and butter, pour over salad and mix.
Before serving meatless salad with radish and cucumber in Japanese sprinkle dried in a pan or toasted sesame seeds.
