Required Products:

500 g Fresh-frozen squid

1 h. l. vinegar a 6%

2 Garlic - cloves

2 Art. l. mayonnaise or vegetable oil
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

salt

black pepper and red ground - to taste

parsley

Servings: 4

Cooking time: 1 hr. 20 min

Squid thaw, wash, peel and boil in salted water for 2 minutes. Then cool and cut into strips 5 cm long.

For the sauce, combine the red and black pepper, vinegar, crushed garlic and mayonnaise or oil.

Fill the squid cooked sauce and salt.

Before serving Put the squid in a dish, cool greens and complete.
