The orange salad with Apple, egg and cheese

250 g cheese

200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

4 boiled eggs

2 Apple

2 orange

1 onion

Peel and finely chop eggs.

Peel the apples, on a coarse grater to RUB them, and the cheese RUB on a small grater, finely chopped onion, pour boiling water, for 10 minutes to leave.
