Salad with cauliflower and cheese

400 g cauliflower

50 g mayonnaise "Provencal"
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

50 g Dutch cheese

30 g walnut kernels

citric acid

greens

garlic

salt

To disassemble the cauliflower into florets, boil them in water with addition of citric acid and salt, allow to cool.

Grate the cheese on a grater.

Combine cabbage and cheese, season salad with mayonnaise, pre-mixed with nuts and finely chopped garlic.

Before serving, arrange the salad with cauliflower and cheese with herbs.
