Cake "Birch"

Ingredients:

750 g mousse birch

200 g marzipan

400 g mastic sugar

350 g biscuit

50 g chocolate

10 g food dye blue, green, black , 5 g, 5 g

The cake consists of two layers of sponge cake, sandwiched birch mousse. Decorated with paste, marzipan and chocolate.
