Manica with apple and kiwi
400 ml yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
400 g semolina
200 g sugar
400 g flour
50 g butter
2 kiwi
2 eggs
1 apple
2 h. l. baking powder
Beat the eggs with sugar, add semolina and yogurt, stir and put into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Then add to the mix the flour, baking powder and melted butter.
Apple and kiwi peeled, cut into small cubes, add to the dough.
Put the dough into shapes for baking, cooking Manica with apple and kiwi at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Cooled Manica can be decorated with kiwi jam and chopped hazelnuts.
